There hasn't been a UK show dedicated to Dickens since 1970, so this new exhibition highlighting the bond between the man, his work and the city is certainly overdue. Kicking off a year of 200th birthday celebrations, there's a packed events calendar and displays as varied as original manuscripts, and costumes from television adaptations.
