Urban Africa - David Adjaye
Opens: 31/03/2010 Closes: 05/09/2010
Design Museum, London
Tanzanian-born ‘starchitect’ David Adjaye recently spent some time visiting the key cities of Africa (Kigali, Tripoli and Pretoria, to name a few) to document the various forms of urban development taking place on the continent. This exhibition brings his photography together, and provides a varied and highly intriguing account of progress.
