Fidelio
Opens: 30/04/2011 Closes: 04/06/2011
UK Tour

Celebrating justice and freedom, this proves a fitting addition to Opera North's Liberty Season.

.
Financial Times“Thrillingly modern and hard-hitting...” The entire ensemble, led by Jeremy White’s Rocco and Fflur Wyn’s Marzelline, is immaculately schooled, and the choruses bristle with vitality. All this – and the orchestra’s urgent playing – is testimony to the influence of Richard Armstron
