Though Lou Reed has spent the past few years playing gospel versions of ‘Waiting For The Man’ and condoning dance remixes of ‘Satellite of Love’, few would have seen this coming. Taking inspiration from the works of playwright Frank Wedekind, Lou reels off lyrics each more deranged and disgusting than the last over a ninety-minute Metallica workout.
